In fact, he even rants about his regrets ever agreeing to give her a baby. And worse for Hilary, he drops a bombshell on her. It turns out, Simone is not going anywhere, but Hilary is, and he’ll make sure of it.
He should have known things would fall apart fast because he knew deep down Hilary would never change.
It’s Not All Her Fault
What Devon doesn’t do is take responsibility for his own actions. Not only was he hiding the truth from Simone but bedding Hilary only added fuel to the flames.
He’s known for a long time Hilary’s wanted a second chance and bedding her was leading her on in the worst way. He should have stayed hands off, especially if he planned on getting serious with someone else.

Baby On Board?
There’s also one little twist Devon seems to ignore – Hilary could very well already be pregnant!
If the TV star is already carrying his baby they’ll be tied to each other for life regardless of who Devon dates. He may want to be a little nicer to his the future mother of his child because if she’s with child, she’ll be holding all the cards!
