The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal Phyllis and Billy throwing caution to the wind and making their relationship public.
It’s Time To Spill!
Before they let everyone else know, they want to tell their exes first. They know neither Jack (Peter Bergman) nor Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will take the news well and it’s going to come as a shock.
Victoria’s World Turns Upside Down
However, neither knew coming clean would be so hard. It was a mere week ago Billy (Jason Thompson) was trying to get back in Victoria’s bed and he knows the news will rock her world. She thought they were getting closer and did not expect Phyllis in the picture.
It’s a stab to the heart when Victoria learns the father of her children is with a woman she can’t stand. Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) is a tornado of destruction who ruins everything she touches.

Jack Can’t Contain His Fury
Unfortunately, Victoria’s reaction is nothing compared to Jack’s. He’s already in a war with his little brother and hearing Phyllis is starting a life with him is too much to bear. Their affair cut him deeply and even months later he’s not over the sting.
It’s All Downhill From Here!
To make things worse, Jack and Vicky can’t just walk away and ignore what’s happening. They have to see Billy and Phyllis every single day in and out of the office. It’s a cruel situation that will get much worse before it gets better.
