Billy and Vicky have been hot and cold for months now. The flip flopping between reuniting and keeping their distance caused the couple a lot of pain.
Unfortunately, the latest flipflop drove Billy back into Phyllis’s (Gina Tognoni) arms. However, he never did get around to telling his ex-wife.
Caught In The Act
Well, Billy’s (Jason Thompson) time has run out and he’s too late. Victoria’s about to find out about the new development all on her own when she sees the two kissing with her own two eyes. It’s a moment that nearly brings her to her knees and breaks her heart.

Can Billy Make This Right?
Billy will have to do some serious pleading to get Vicky (Amelia Heinle) to forgive him for this one. It’s one thing to be with his new girlfriend out in the open, it’s another to be kissing Victoria one day and secretly planning a life with Phyllis the next.
How Long Till EVERYONE Knows?
Vicky won’t be the only one in shock. Now that she knows, it won’t be long before Jack (Peter Bergman) finds out. Poor Mr. Abbott will have the old wound torn right open, but this time it may never heal.
He still has visions of his wife cheating on him with his brother and having to see it in real life could be too much for him to handle.
