The Young and the Restless recap for Thursday, January 24 features a wedding with characters we barely know, Arturo surprising Abby, Victoria and Billy getting advice on their relationship, and Nikki getting the truth out of Phyllis!
Tell All
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) admitted to Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) that she didn’t throw away the poker that killed JT (Thad Luckinbill).
But, she had it in a storage locker. She was not the one who left it for Nikki to find, and she was not the one setting up Victor (Eric Braeden).
Nikki blabbed to Victoria (Amelia Heinle), and then prepared to give Nick (Joshua Morrow) a head’s up.
Listen Up
Victoria told Sharon (Sharon Case) about Phyllis, and ended up with advice to try and make her relationship with Billy (Jason Thompson) work – she deserves love.
At the same time, Billy blasted Phyllis about upsetting Victoria, which was what led to her kissing Cane (Daniel Goddard). In return, Phyllis told Billy to put in the work if he wanted to keep Victoria.
What a bunch or relationship experts!

Out Of the Blue
Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) and Mia (Noemi Gonzalez), two characters we barely know with a history we didn’t see, renewed their wedding vows in front of people who barely know them, too.
Arturo (Jason Canela), who is keeping mum about Mia coming onto him, stole the happy couple’s thunder when he asked Abby (Melissa Ordway) to marry him.
Reasonable
Ana (Lorna Lott) admitted she’s the mystery song writer. She wanted Devon (Bryton James) to hear it cold and was trying to push back an assumption of nepotism.
She doesn’t want to be famous, and she doesn’t want royalties. She said she just wants a flat fee that she can use to pay off some student debts. Yup, that seems worth all the subterfuge. And if that really is it, then that’s… not worth the build up.
