The Young and the Restless recap for Tuesday, December 18 features an injured Nikki, being rushed to the hospital.
Reed and Charlie wondered if they hit anything while Billy and Victoria, Phyllis and Nick, and Jack and Kerry shared a warm evening before getting the call about Nikki.

Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) and Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) obfuscated their parents about why they’re so jumpy. Reed didn’t want to go back to the club and check if they hit anyone.
Mutual Admiration Society
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) discussed how wonderful they are and had sex. Then Nick got the call about Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) accident.
What Could Have Been
Billy (Jason Thompson) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) discussed how they might have worked together better at Brash & Sassy when Billy reminded her he’s a screw-up.
Victoria tried to buck him up, easily slipping into their familiar roles as addict and enabler. They then got the call about Nikki.
It’s a Wonderful Life
Jack (Peter Bergman) and Kerry (Alice Hunter) were decorating the Abbott Christmas tree and flirting adorably. He got a text about Nikki.
Gather Around
At the hospital, Nick wondered where the hell Victor (Eric Braeden) was while his wife was getting her spleen removed. Kerry learned that Nikki is Jack’s ex-wife and wondered how many more of those are there.
Nick wanted the driver found and imprisoned! Good thing he said that, otherwise the police might not know what they should be doing. Billy went home to watch the kids, and Jack and Phyllis eventually took off, too.
Reed arrived, and Victoria filled him in. Reed called Charlie and told him his grandma was who they hit in front of the club – and she might die!
