The Young and the Restless recap for Wednesday, December 12 features Billy and Victoria discussing keeping the truth about Victor being a suspect in JT’s murder from Reed…as Reed finds out about Victor being a suspect in JT’s murder.
Plus, Abby had a business proposition for Devon, and Lola had one for Sharon. Plus, Jack won’t play games with Kerry.
Behind Closed Doors
Billy (Jason Thompson) urged Victoria (Amelia Heinle) to come clean with Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) about JT (Thad Luckinbill), but Victoria was determined to protect her son. She thanked Billy for being there for both of them.
Reed, of course, found out anyway, and confronts his mom about Victor (Eric Braeden) possibly killing his dad!
Earlier, Reed reconnected with Mattie (Lexie Stevenson), but Cane (Daniel Goddard) was upset that he distracted her from studying for finals. Mattie huffed and puffed that Lily (Christel Khalil) would have understood!
Partners In… Food?
Lola (Sasha Calle) pitched opening a pop-up shop of her food truck at Sharon’s (Sharon Case) coffee house.
This gave Abby (Melissa Ordway) an idea, and she pitched Devon (Bryton James) on hiring Lola to be the chef at the restaurant and nightclub Abby wants to open. Devon was unconvinced, so Abby got Lola to cook Devon a private dinner at home. She recommended hiring a server, since Lola will be busy in the kitchen.
Lola offered the job to Fen who, earlier, was informed by Lauren (Tracey Bregman) that Mommy and Daddy won’t be funding his musical ambitions.
Fen accepted and, when Lola is forced to cancel a date with Kyle (Michael Mealor) as a result, tried to make Kyle think it’s so Lola can go out with him. Lola set him straight and Kyle made sure Fen saw him kissing Lola.
Enough is Enough
Kerry (Alice Hunter) bailed on a breakfast date with Jack (Peter Bergman). She asked for another chance, but Jack blew her off.
