The Young and the Restless recap for Monday, February 11 features Nikki stopping Victor’s trial by confessing to JT’s murder… then lying through her teeth. Plus, Summer saved Fen’s bacon, while taking advantage of the distance between Kyle and Lola.

Because nothing is more important than protecting Victor (Eric Braeden), when Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) arrived to bring him to court for his trial, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) announced that Victor didn’t do it – she did!
Victor was left on house arrest while Rey brought Nikki and Michael (Christian J. LeBlanc) down to the station. There, Nikki claimed that she caught JT (Thad Luckinbill) abusing Victoria (Amelia Heinle)… but that he escaped through the window.
Nikki followed him – uhm, while carrying a fire poker – confronted him in Chancellor Park, and smacked him over the head after he taunted her. Sure, Jan.
Rey didn’t look convinced. Michael was furious about being blindsided. Rey wanted Victoria to corroborate her mom’s story, but Victoria claimed that Nikki was lying to protect Victor, while Victor couldn’t have done it because he was in the hospital. See, she solved this for them!

Last Days Of Summer
Ana (Loren Lott) berated Fen (Zach Tinker) for bailing on his big debut, but Summer (Hunter King) convinced Devon (Bryton James) that Fen was helping her through a crisis. Devon agreed to give Fen another chance and send him out on the road to prove himself.
Summer also stuck her nose into Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) business, making a special Valentine’s Day invitation for Lola (Sasha Calle) to spend the holiday at the Abbott cabin with him.
Lola pointed out it’s too close to her restaurant opening for her to be gone, why can’t Kyle understand that? Kyle countered that when you care about someone , you make time to be with them. Lola suggested they split up. Summer eyed Kyle’s invitation…
