The Young and the Restless recap for Wednesday, July 24 features two potential mommies to Christian’s two daddies, Billy dealing with two of his siblings, and Celeste getting two versions of the same events.

Nothing Settled, Nothing Gained
The judge (Joseph C. Phillips) declined to grant custody of Christian to either Nick (Joshua Morrow) or Adam (Mark Grossman). We…don’t think it works that way. He said he’d revisit the case in three months and, until then, they should find a new guardian for Christian. We, really, really don’t think it works that way.

In any case, Adam used the ruling as an excuse to go to Sharon (Sharon Case) and ask her for help. He wanted her to step up for Christian. Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) seethed.

Nick, on the other hand, asked Victoria (Amelia Heinle) to take in her nephew. Because Victoria’s home situation is so stable, with Billy (Jason Thompson) dreaming about Delia and imagining he’s getting messages from her, written in the walls.

Billy was also unhappy that Ashley (Eileen Davidson) was back from Paris, and she and Jack (Peter Bergman) had decided to merge their two companies and run Jabot together. Billy reminded how Ashley screwed them over before, but Jack and she insisted working together is what John would have wanted.

Tell Me Lies
Theo filled Celeste (Eva LaRue) in on Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) wicked, wicked ways and sordid New York City past.

Celeste couldn’t believe that Kyle was married to Summer (Hunter King) — and that she donated a piece of her liver to Lola (Sasha Calle) without Celeste ever knowing her daughter was at death’s door! (How the heck did Arturo and Rey not call their mother to tell her? Were they waiting until Lola was dead?)

Lola told Celeste to stay out of it. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
