The Young and the Restless recap for Friday, September 6 closes out the week with Adam waving a white flag — and hiding a Trojan horse, while Jill and Devon wondered who was challenging Katherine’s will, and Zoe annoyed even more people.
What a Pill!
Adam (Mark Grossman) visited Victor (Eric Braeden) and offered a truce. Can they start over? Victor wasn’t enthused. Adam understands why his dad can’t trust him, but swore he wanted to put all the bad blood behind them to focus on raising Connor (Judah Mackey).
After Adam left, Nikki and Victor wondered what was going on. Nikki reminded Victor to take his medication. So he did.
Taking a Chance
Jill (Jess Walton) was back in Genoa City and she and Devon (Bryton James) put their heads together to try and figure out who is challenging Kay’s (Jeanne Cooper) will. They wondered if it might be Chance — who Nick (Joshua Morrow) knows was hanging with Adam in Las Vegas. Jill admitted her grandson sent her a text that suggested he was about to come into some money.
Devon vowed to fight. Does Chance know he technically isn’t related to Kay? His dad was her stepson. She loved him and fought Jill for custody. But she owes Chance nothing.
Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) threw a party in preparation of The Grand Phoenix’s grand opening. Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) got Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Lola (Sasha Calle) to sing karaoke with her.
Zoe (Anna Grace Barlow) crashed and kissed up until Summer (Hunter King) told Theo (Tyler Johnson) the child is super-clingy, needy, and annoying. Zoe stormed out in a huff. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
