The Young and the Restless recap for Friday, June 28 features people promising to protect others. Chloe turned to Billy, Chelsea got between Adam and Nick, Phyllis advised Sharon, and Ana and Nate lectured Devon.
You’re My Only Hope
Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) met Billy (Jason Thompson) at Delia’s grave — a not at all manipulatable site — revealed she’s alive, that she shot Adam (Mark Grossman), and that he’s holding both facts over Kevin’s (Greg Rikaart) head.
Billy promised to protect her and get Kevin safely home to her and Bella (Chloe again invoked Delia, just to drive her point home). He left to the Abbott house and grabbed a gun.
Let’s Go To the Video Tape!
Kevin showed Adam video of Nick (Joshua Morrow) taking off his JT mask. Adam all but did a happy dance. He showed Nick the footage and instructed him to hand over Christian. Nick refused and said the police already know.
Talking time over, the brothers commenced throwing punches. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) showed up and shouted for them to cut it out!
Takes One To Know One
Sharon (Sharon Case) threw shade at Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) for being a bad influence on Adam. Phyllis found that particularly funny. She was also amused by how hard Sharon was protesting her attraction to Adam.
Later, Adam told Sharon he’s bad for her and they should stay away from each other. She went home, found out Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) was going to Las Vegas to dig up more dirt on Adam and invited herself along.
Let It Go
Ana (Loren Lott) and Nate (Sean Dominic) told Devon (Bryton James) to hurry up and get over Hilary (Mishael Morgan). Devon admitted he watches old GC Buzz DVDs to remember his wife.
They told him to throw them away. Aren’t old episodes online… forever? The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
