On The Young and the Restless, Victoria, Nikki, Phyllis, and Sharon dug up the dirt in Chancellor Park where they’d dumped JT’s body, and found… nothing. No JT.
Shock and Awe
Yawn, 92% of you… er… yawned. Oh, what a shocker it was that JT wasn’t where the grand dames of Genoa City thought he would be. This has never, ever happened before.
Frankly, you’d have been more surprised if JT was still there. Nobody dies in Genoa City, and then there was the blackmailer, too.
Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) only came to town in order to get to the bottom of what happened to Victoria’s ex, and the character is getting such a huge build up, did anyone really think he’d leave at the end of the week?
Something had to happen on the JT front, if only so Sharon had a guy to rebound to after Nick (Joshua Morrow). This story wasn’t close to over and the best way to keep it going was to play Where’s The Body? The next time you think you’re surprising us, try harder, Y&R.
So surprised, 8% of the fans can barely breathe from the excitement. You figured JT was dead as a doornail, mostly because he’s kind of a boring character, Victoria has more important things on her plate, and Thad Luckinbill and Amelia Heinle filed for divorce. So the odds of him coming back were long.
Then again, he could still be dead. This could be a Weekend at Bernie’s situation, where the blackmailer is using JT’s corpse to mess with the women and part them from their money. The body must be getting pretty rank by now, though.
