As soon as Devon took that hit to his noggin, The Young and the Restless fans knew what was coming. Bye-bye memories of Hilary’s humiliation at the Abbott-Winters Gala, and Devon’s anger at his wife. As expected, he woke up with the whole night wiped away.
But this is a soap. No matter what Hilary (Mishael Morgan) is praying for, stand by for those flashbacks to kick in any moment. But, OK, we’ll play it Hilary’s way. What will Devon do IF he gets his memory back? Almost 4,000 of you voted on the answer!
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Not a very forgiving bunch, are you? For 63% of fans, the only good Hilary is a kicked to the curb, Hilary, and that’s exactly what you want Devon to do.
In that way, you’re not very different from Lily (Christel Khalil), Neil or Mariah (Camryn Grimes).
But there is one very important detail you all are forgetting: Just because Devon might remember the things he doesn’t like about Hilary, does not mean he’ll forget the ones he loves about her, too.

To Err is Human, To Forgive is Devon
Then again, 25% of you don’t think it’s necessary for Devon to forget Hilary’s misdeeds, all that matters is that he forgives.
And Devon has already forgiven her so much –what’s another sin or two? Throw in everything that Neil (Kristoff St. John) has forgiven Devon for, everything Devon has forgiven Neil for, and you start to see that this is a family living in a series of glass houses.
They don’t have the right to throw stones. So, what the heck — another set of full pardons all around!
We Suggest You Seek Appropriate Counsel
Of course, forgiving isn’t as simple as merely saying the words. For 12% of fans, if Hilary and Devon (Bryton James) really mean to get their marriage back on track, they should get some counseling to talk through their multitude of issues… before someone else gets hurt.
