Thad Luckinbill had plenty of romance when he was on The Young and the Restless as bad boy J.T. Hellstrom. He romanced Brittany, Rianna, Mac, Colleen, Anita (Brittany’s mom), and Victoria before leaving town with his bride Mac.
Now that he’s coming back, which lovely lady in Genoa City should be J.T.’s new (or old?) love interest? Soap Hub posed this question to Y&R fans. Read on to see the answers!
Victoria, Victorious!
Over half of you, 52%, want J.T. to be paired with Victoria, his former wife. Y&R had the opportunity to revisit this romance just before Luckinbill left the show after J.T. recovered from a near-death experience.
Victoria was by her ex’s bedside as he hung between life and death. Viewers saw that she still cared about him. Now that J.T.’s coming back, maybe we’ll see that there are still some sparks between Reed’s parents?
Mac Attack
J.T.’s current (we think) wife, Mac, came in next with 16% of your votes. This isn’t likely to happen as there has been no casting announcement saying that Mac would be returning. If Y&R wanted a familiar face back as Mac, they have four different actresses to choose from.

It’d be great to see any of them back. Phyllis was awarded 7% of your vote. It’s unclear if these two women got your votes because you want J.T. to be with them specifically or because this would clear a path for a Billy/Victoria reunion.
Surprise Entry
Lily, who just put her divorce from Cane on hold, amassed 14% of your vote (with the remaining percentage going to miscellaneous candidates). This is surprising since in most polls, voters are vehemently opposed to Cane and Lily being with anyone else (sorry, Juliet).
If Lily is still in the mood for revenge sex in December when J.T. returns, maybe she’ll have a fling with him!
J.T.’s Future
Luckinbill is too dynamic and personable a performer not to have him with someone. J.T. and the late Colleen’s romance back in the early 2000s was a favorite among Y&R viewers. Time will tell which lucky lady Luckinbill is paired with when he returns!
