The Young and the Restless fans are even better at spotting soap opera pregnancy signs than the expectant mother herself. The first and most dominant sign is when a woman sleeps with two different men within a 24-hour period.
Then you know a baby – or at least a pregnancy – is inevitable. If (when) Elena ends up pregnant, who should be the daddy — Devon or Nate? What over 3,000 viewers would like to see:

A majority 70% of you want Devon (Bryton James) to win the Who’s the Daddy Sweepstakes. Sure, Devon lost a child with Hilary (Mishael Morgan), blah, blah, blah… he grew up in foster care, blah, blah, blah… he deserves a child of his own, blah, blah, blah…
But the real story fans are looking forward to is the one where a vengeful, vindictive Devon does everything in his power to take his child away from Elena (Brytni Sarpy), becoming everything he once vowed never to become in the process. That’s real drama!

They will, of course, get back together in the end and live happily ever after. Until the next time Elena saves an overdosing kid and decides to celebrate with a clinic sex romp.
Elena And Her One-Night Stand
Only 30% of The Young and the Restless fans are rooting for Nate (Sean Dominic). You prefer the drama of Devon and Elena reuniting, and her discovering she’s pregnant with Nate’s baby. She can either lie to Nate, or to Devon. Nate can lie to Devon. Devon can find out and want to raise the baby as his own and Nate can fight him. There are simply more story possibilities with this setup.
Not to mention, there are those who would prefer Elena with Nate, anyway. He seems calmer, and less likely to fly off the handle over any little thing. That’s a good quality in a man. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
