On the Young and the Restless, Sharon (Sharon Case) and Scott seem to be forming a tentative bond. But this is a soap-opera.

Is anything ever precisely what it seems? Some viewers suspect the ex-Mrs. Dylan may have an ulterior motive for her friendly actions. And over 2000 of you think you know what it is.

Finders, Keepers
As evidenced by her shrieking at Paul (Doug Davidson) to put her in touch with Dylan (Steve Burton), Sharon seems to be having trouble with the whole Protection part of Witness Protection.

She has not given up on tracking down her husband, and 53% of you are gambling that she’s decided an experienced investigate reporter is just the person to help her in her quest.

Will Scott (Daniel Hall) go along? After all, there’s a super story in this for him, too. One that can get a lot of people killed, but that makes it even better, right?

Date Night
On the other hand, that Scott is a hottie, and 25% of fans figure Sharon has spent enough time alone.

Dylan is gone, and Nick (Joshua Morrow) is busy with Chelsea (Melissa Claire), so why not take a risk and date someone outside the Reed/Newman family for a change (yes, we’re counting Adam, too)?

Though, of course, considering Nick’s reminder the other day that anyone Victor (Eric Braeden) helps, he expects to be bound to him for life, how much longer before Victor, like The Godfather, calls in that favor Scott owes him, and pulls Sharon right back into the family orbit?

Nothing to See Here
And then there are the 22% of the audience who don’t see any hidden agenda whatsoever. As far as they’re concerned, Sharon is just trying to move on with her life. Scott is a nice guy, and they’ll see where this leads before making any life-changing predictions.
