It’s almost the end of the year and The Young and the Restless appears to be chemistry-testing new couples.
Sure, Fen (Zach Tinker) is being obvious about his interest in Lola (Sasha Calle), but a bit more subtle are the recent interactions between Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle).
They think they’re just hashing out the ground rules for Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) and Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) seeing each other. But could it turn into something more?

Forget About It
Don’t go there, don’t say it, don’t even think it, 84% of you warn. Cane only has to wait for Lily (Christel Khalil) for one year. One, measly year. Can he not keep it in his pants that long? Lily needs support, not hearing about her husband taking on another woman.
As for Victoria, some of you are still rooting for her and Billy (Jason Thompson) to reunite. But even if they don’t, now is NOT the time for her to start on a new relationship.
Forget that Cane is a married man. At least that’s out in the open. Victoria is keeping a really, really big secret. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), and Sharon (Sharon Case) would not appreciate her spilling it.

This could be interesting, a smaller 16% muses. Victoria does like her bad boys – Daddy issues, Victor (Eric Braeden)?
And Cane isn’t very good at being alone. It makes sense that they’d connect, first talking about their kids, then about their own problems. Victoria doesn’t have to tell him everything about herself. God knows, Cane probably has a bunch of skeletons in his past we – and Lily – still don’t know about.
And hey, he was willing to spirit Lily out of the country to keep her from going to jail. That’s the kind of guy that could come in handy for Victoria.
