Kay sat down for a talk with Jill about how she wanted her to work with Cane on The Young and the Restless, but their final moments were everything.
It was a tender moment as Jill (Jess Walton) rose to help her dear friend, who was heading off upstairs to go to bed.
When it seemed like she was struggling, Jill offered to help her up the stairs. But of course, Kay was having none of that and insisted she could make it up the stairs on her own — but her last look and words to Jill were quite poignant.
