Of course, 90% cheer. They both had other pairings. Victoria with Cole (J. Eddie Peck), Ryan (Scott Reeves), Brad (Don Diamont), Neil (Kristoff St. John), and JT (Thad Luckinbill). Billy with Mac (Kelley Kruger), and the aforementioned Phyllis.
But neither one really lit up until they hooked up. It’s not just the kids who want Billy and Victoria together, it’s the fans, too.
You know they’re soulmates, and you’re hoping that they’re coming to their senses and know it, too. Go, Billy!

For 10% of you, though, enough is enough. They tried, they failed. They tried, they failed. They tried, they failed. They should really stop trying.
Besides, you know Billy is just on a serious rebound from Phyllis, and Victoria is feeling all at loose ends as Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) accuses Victor (Eric Braeden) of a crime Victoria knows she and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) committed.
Billy isn’t being honest with Victoria, and Victoria can’t be honest with Billy. That’s not soulmates, that’s a tragedy waiting to happen. These two really need to pull the plug and never mention getting back together again.
