Ever since Diane (Susan Walters) and Jack’s (Peter Bergman) separation, Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) been worried about his mom. His concern increases when Diane suddenly disappears.
Kyle immediately goes to the Abbott mansion to tell Jack his concerns. Kyle says Diane hasn’t been to the office in two days, and her bed hasn’t been slept in. Although Jack is usually calm and rational, he too will be worried about Diane.

Nikki is trying to put on a brave front, but the drama is starting to get to the Newman matriarch. When Victoria (Amelia Heinle) visits her mother’s suite, Nikki starts complaining about a headache. Nikki rubs her forehead as she says she thought the headache was gone, but now it’s back.
Is Nikki’s headache the result of stress? Or is there something more to it, perhaps a brain tumor? Whatever it is, it’s going to cause worry for Victoria and the Newmans.
Under Pressure
Nick made a bold move when he confessed about his drug addiction. The family is fully supporting him as he decides to get help.
But Nick has declared he’s not going to rehab until Matt (Roger Howarth) is captured. Nick’s main priority is protecting his family from Matt, and as soon as Mr. Clark gone, then Nick can concentrate on his health.
Unfortunately, Nick can’t put off rehab any longer. During a gathering at the ranch, Victor, Sharon (Sharon Case), and Sienna (Tamara Braun) watch in horror as Nick collapses to the floor.
This is the second time Nick’s collapsed and scared his family. Given how dire his addiction is and the stress he’s under because of Matt, the Newmans might take matters into their own hands. It’s time Nick goes to rehab to get the help he needs, while they take care of the Matt situation.
Nick won’t like it, but he’ll have no other choice. If he continues going the way he has, the Newmans might be facing life without him.
