Nikki and Sharon haven’t even been the closest on The Young and the Restless (YR), and throughout the years they’ve both had their moments to get in especially hurtful digs.
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) told Sharon (Sharon) what she really thought of her, but Sharon certainly didn’t back down one bit.
When Nikki worried that by defending “her friend” Adam (then Michael Muhney) Sharon risked losing Nick (Joshua Morrow) and the kids, Sharon had a few choice words for her mother-in-law.

Sharon pointed out how hypocritical it was for an ex-stripper, alcoholic to judge her for defending Adam. In that moment, Nikki beat out Phyllis as Genoa City’s biggest bully in Sharon’s book.
