For once, something went smoothly on The Young and the Restless (YR). That is until all the gathered business people opened their file folders!
Oops, competent lawyer Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) passed out papers for everybody to sign for the huge business merger — a near once-in-a-lifetime event in Genoa City apparently.
What the heavy hitters gathered saw, though, left them nearly speechless. Inside the folders were photos of Paul (Doug Davidson) and Lauren (Tracey Bregman) kissing instead of the papers Victor (Eric Braeden), Jack (Peter Bergman), Kay (Jeanne Cooper), and Neil (Kristoff St. John) needed to sign to complete their mega business deal.
While they are one of the show’s most enduring couples, things haven’t always been sunshine and happiness for Lauren and Michael, and this clip shows a bit of the trouble between the now happily married husband and wife.
