Around five years ago on The Young and the Restless (YR), Victor and Nikki Newman moved from Newman Ranch to Newman Penthouse in Genoa City.
While now it’s home to Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) and before that Adam (Justin Hartley) lived there, in its earliest days, the masculine penthouse was designed for the elder Newmans.
During its early days, the penthouse served as a new cosmopolitan home for Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor (Eric Braeden) after Sharon (Sharon Case) set fire to Newman Ranch. It provided stunning views of the city that Victor created, and it was a fresh, new place for the iconic Genoa City couple.
The couple only lived there for a few months, and eventually, they returned to a newly rebuilt house at the ranch.
