The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Monday, September 4, features a kiss from Victoria to Billy, an offer from Jack to Hilary, a confirmation from Scott to Sharon, and a betrayal from Dina against Ashley – yet again.
Elevator Fit
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) traps Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) in an elevator and blasts her about siccing Hochman (Ben Hermes) on Vicky as part of her plan to bring down Brash and Sassy.
Phyllis denies – and works in a couple of snarky comments about Victoria losing Billy – then heads over to Jack’s (Peter Bergman), where he observes that she wants Brash and Sassy gone even more than he does!
Perhaps to catch up, Jack makes a deal with Hilary (Mishael Morgan) to talk up Jabot products on GC Buzz… and trash Brash and Sassy.
Victoria, meanwhile, arrives at the office, where she rehashes what went wrong in her relationship with Billy (Jason Thompson) – then kisses him.
Bad Moms
Scott (Daniel Hall) plays Devil’s Advocate to Sharon’s (Sharon Case) conviction that Alice (Tamara Clatterbuck) is involved with Genoa City’s sex-ring.

Finally, he agrees with her because, like her daughter, Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind), when Sharon doesn’t get her way, she gets frowny-faced.
As it turns out, Sharon is right. Alice complains to Zack (Ryan Ashton) about how difficult Crystal is being, but assures him that she has got the rebellious girl under control.
Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) takes advantage of Abby (Melissa Ordway) complimenting her music to pump her for details about her relationship with Zack. Tessa later defends her friendship with Mariah (Camryn Grimes) to Hilary.
Mama Doesn’t Know Best
First, Dina (Marla Adams) lets Ashley (Eileen Davidson) down by letting Brent’s name slip to Abby. Now, she’s sharing internal marketing info with Graham (Max Shippee) – and letting him do some of her work. Ashley isn’t about to let either betrayal stand.
