The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Tuesday, August 22 features a hotbed of locked lips, as Jack and Nikki kiss to the future, Chelsea and Nick kiss in the present, Abby and Zach kiss to forget the past, and Jordan kisses Lily to try and relive it. Oh, and Victoria’s head is fine, she’s just stressed.

Moving In, Moving On, Moving Out
It’s Moving Day in Genoa City, as Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) learned Nick has moved out of the tack house – per Victor’s (Eric Braeden) orders – and that Abby (Melissa Ordway) has moved in. Abby christened her new place by kissing Zach (Ryan Ashton), while Nikki headed over to Chelsea’s.

It’s moving day for Nick (Joshua Morrow), too. He screwed up by moving a picture of Conner, but, by the end of the day, he and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) were excited about the step up in their relationship.

Nikki, however, was less happy, and she high-tailed it over to Jack (Melody Thomas Scott) so they could both discuss how much they hate Victor, and how much they love pissing him off. They kissed. There! That’ll show him!

Blowing Off Steam
While Victoria (Amelia Heinle) blew up at Hilary (Mishael Morgan) over airing the footage of Vicky arguing with Hochman (Ben Hermes), Devon (Bryton James) wasn’t thrilled to hear that Neil (Kristoff St. John) gave Vicky a loan to keep Brash and Sassy afloat.

What do you think? Post a comment!

Neil explained he didn’t do it for Victoria, but for Lily. Neil also gave Cane (Daniel Goddard) tips on how to make his marriage work. Beausee Neil is such a role model in that regard.

Cane got an earful from Victoria, who saw a doctor and was told all those voices in her head and the passing out? Totally normal. Medicine isn’t a science, after all.

In Other News
Lily (Christel Khalil) reminded Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) she was married – so take it easy on the kissing.

Billy (Jason Thompson) told Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) he could handle Jack and is ready to seek his revenge on his brother. Phyllis tried to act like she had confidence in him being able to pull that of. At least she didn’t pat him on the head.
