The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal Victor’s dark secrets piling up. Not only did he find Chloe but he made a stunning move to make sure she never came back.
Chloe Didn’t Stand A Chance
It didn’t take long for Victor (Eric Braeden) to track down his son’s killer. He found Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) in a seedy motel with no money, no resources, and no way to fend for herself.
He had her right where he wanted her, could do just about anything, and no one would find out.
Victor Pays Her Off?
Shockingly, instead of pulling a gun and getting justice for his son, Victor gave Chloe an envelope of enough cash for her to start a new life.
In fact, it’s more than enough money to help her disappear forever, which is exactly what Victor wants. He needs Chloe to stay gone and keep away from Genoa City.

Adam’s Death Is His Fault Too
Despite Chloe’s gruesome crime, Victor knows he’ll also be on the hook. He’s the one who brought her back to town, had her set up Adam (Justin Hartley), and convinced her she was doing the right thing.
He may not have set the cabin on fire, but it’s his fault his son is dead. Since he shares responsibility, he decides to let her stay alive.
Will Victor Regret This?
Victor usually isn’t one to leave a stone unturned. Letting Chloe go free could be the biggest mistake of his entire life. She may be in another country, but she’s not so far way she can’t return and ruin his life at any moment.
