The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, January 8, 2020, reveal a day of big news and big shocks throughout Genoa City. Everyone seems to want to start the new year with change.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights
Billy (Jason Thompson) spends his time without Victoria (Amelia Heinle) hanging out at the Grand Phoenix. Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) is thrilled to see him looking like the old Billy again, while Billy’s inner monologue asks which Billy she may have been talking about.
But Chloe is also bursting with her good news and tells Billy she’s pregnant. They discuss Delia and how Chloe still cries herself to sleep some nights and dreams of her dead daughter.
Chelsea And Her Own Life
When Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) stops by, Chloe spills her news to her bestie and then Chelsea has her own news.
She broke up with Nick (Joshua Morrow) and realizes she truly belongs with Adam (Mark Grossman). This causes Chloe to spin out of control and demand Billy talk sense into Chelsea. All Billy does is tell Chelsea to live her own life.

And Chelsea complies. She goes home to Adam and the pair comes close to kissing, but she still keeps her cool although it’s obvious she doesn’t want to.
Adam And Victor: A Truce
Meanwhile, Adam has a visit with Victor (Eric Braeden) earlier in the day and it turns out to be a good talk. Victor agrees to let Adam, Connor, and Chelsea be a part of Newman family events despite Nick’s objections. After all, it’s for Connor’s sake.
Odds And Ends
Over at the Jabot offices, Kyle (Michael Mealor) is surprised by a small birthday party and Lola (Sasha Calle) is jealous when Summer (Hunter King) gifts Kyle an old photo of them together when they were kids. When Theo (Tyler Johnson) stops by, Jack (Peter Bergman) feels bad they missed his birthday.
