Billy is shocked to hear his mom wants someone watching over him and almost throws a temper tantrum until his new partner walks in the room. It’s none other than Lily (Christel Khalil)! Oh yes, she’s back (for how long?) and ready to share the load of launching this massive endeavor.
Is this it? Is Lily home for good, finally? Maybe. With Cane (Daniel Goddard) gone, there is no reason to stay away now. She can have her fresh start but in a place she knows, loves, and surrounded by good friends.
