The Young and the Restless recaps for March 15-19, 2021, features a shock collapse, a shift in power, and the desolation of two budding romances.

The Young and the Restless Recaps Highlights

Rey’s (Jordi Vilasuso) condition continued to deteriorate, and after he began quoting what sounded like dialogue from Dragnet he agreed to see a doctor…but only one that makes house calls.

After watching her husband silently and nobly suffer, Sharon (Sharon Case) finally decided that enough was enough – they were headed to the hospital. Rey objected, Sharon overruled him and then watched as he slipped into unconsciousness for the second time.

And The Winner Is…

Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) reached a decision on who should purchase his media company…and the winning bidders are, of course, Adam (Mark Grossman) and Victor (Eric Braeden). All the other interested parties are left fuming – especially Victoria (Amelia Heinle).

Not only did she not best her father, but she failed in her endeavor to save Billy (Jason Thompson) from the wrathful tsunami heading his way. And compounding her misery is the little matter of her admitting her lingering love for her ex. Billy’s willing to forgive and forget the slip-up, but, surprise surprise, Lily (Christel Khalil) isn’t so generous.

Suspicions Raised

Adam was left flummoxed after stumbling upon a text message chain ostensibly between himself and Sharon. But since he didn’t instigate the back and forth…who the hell did? Surely it couldn’t be Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). She’s completely paralyzed…isn’t she?

Sleeping Single

After seeing Elena (Brytni Sarpy) wrestling with her feelings, Nate (Sean Dominic) decided to help relieve her burden – he’s officially out of the running. Call him crazy, but he’s tired of playing second fiddle to his cousin.

But, irony of ironies, Elena also strikes out with Devon (Bryton James). Sure, they just spent another night together making love, but that was only done to convince Devon that he really wanted Amanda (Mishael Morgan).

But, irony of ironies, Amanda decided that she didn’t want to be with a cheater like Devon! The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
