The Young and the Restless recap for Thursday, December 19 features the Newmans panicking as Nikki gets worse and Victor is nowhere to be found.

A Grim Prognosis
Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) condition went from bad to worse and Nate (Brooks Darnell) warned the Newmans to call their family home, especially Victor (Eric Braeden). Every second counts and he couldn’t guarantee she’ll survive.

Unfortunately, all their calls, texts, and emails still went unanswered. Victor is missing and could be anywhere in the world. Who knows, maybe he’s not missing by choice.

Something bad happening to Victor started to make more and more sense to the ladies. Victoria is all but convinced Nikki’s hit and run was no accident and the stalker will be gunning for her and the other women next.

Tempers Flared
The walls closed in even more when Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) arrived. He’s now investigating Nikki as a criminal and a victim. It was all too much for Nick (Joshua Morrow), who lashed out and nearly got himself arrested.

All the while, guilt ate away at Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu). Even after fixing the car, he worried they’d get caught and wanted to come forward. But, Charlie stopped him.

Fen Goes Too Far
Fen (Zach Tinker) almost blew up his life when he ambushed Devon (Bryton James) at the club. Devon wanted eggs but what he got was a whiny waiter. Devon didn’t put up with it for long. He not only refused to hear the demo but warned Fen’s job was on the line too.

Thankfully, Ana (Loren Lott) is interested and offered to produce Fen’s demo herself. Fen refused at first (he wanted a bigger name) but realized his mistake and ended up groveling and begging for the deal.

Love Is In the Air
The day isn’t all bad for everyone. Kyle (Michael Mealor) made big plans to romance Lola with a Miami Beach-themed evening. He turned his living room into a summer scene hoping to bring sunshine back into her life.

The grand gesture gave Jack (Peter Bergman) an idea to go bigger with Kerry (Alice Hunter).

The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
