The Young and the Restless recap for Friday, October 4 features Victor’s evening going off the rails, Sharon and Rey reconnecting, and Devon reaching out to Cane… who found himself a person of interest.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) threw a dinner party so that all of Victor’s (Eric Braeden) children could tell him how happy they were to put their reputations on the line for him.
Because he doubted there could be any, Victor encouraged Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Nick (Joshua Morrow), and Abby (Melissa Ordway) to hit him with their best shots about how lying for him affected them.
Nick admitted that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), Connor (Judah McCay), Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind), Noah (Robert Adamson), and Summer (Hunter King) are furious with him. Also, public trust in Newman Enterprises is low.
But what the kids were really angry about is that this was all done for Adam’s (Mark Grossman) sake — and Adam got to walk away, scot-free! Victor countered that no, Adam was suffering the most, because he lost Victor’s love.
Everyone leaves, fed up before dinner is served. In another location, Nate (Sean Dominic) was also tired of them and told Elena so.
It’s a Date
Lola (Sasha Calle) encouraged Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) to say hello to Sharon (Sharon Case). They waved, they talked, they decided to give dating another chance.
The Young and the Restless Recap: Look Out
Devon (Bryton James) suggested he and Cane (Daniel Goddard) work together to get to the bottom of Kay’s (Jeanne Cooper) will snafu. Cane asked Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) if she’d heard from Adam. Nope, Phyllis said.
Phyllis tried to call the Newman prodigal son and was surprised when the phone rang in Michael’s (Christian J. LeBlanc) pocket. Michael said he destroyed all of Adam’s blackmail evidence.
Cane booked a flight to Las Vegas. Phyllis overheard and decided to follow him. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
