The Young and the Restless recap for Monday, January 14 features an attack of honesty all the way around.
Nikki told Nick what happened with JT, Rey told Mia what happened with Sharon, Arturo told Abby he’s ready for a relationship, and Phyllis told Billy he should be thanking her!
Don’t Poker the Bear
The sight of the poker she thought she threw in the river prompted Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) to melt down and confess to Nick (Joshua Morrow) that she killed JT (Thad Luckinbill).
She explained everything that happened and that someone is terrorizing her – and setting up Victor (Eric Braeden). Nikki was sure that Victor knows she killed JT and is sitting in jail to protect her.
Nick joined the protect Nikki and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) bandwagon and vowed to clear Victor’s name. Later, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) was surprised that Nick was no longer mad about her actions at JT’s memorial. He likes her honesty!
Protect and Serve
Billy (Jason Thompson), on the other hand, was furious with Phyllis. She apologized over and over again.

But, when Billy raged about how he and Victoria now have to smooth things over with Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu), Phyllis realized Billy gets to be Victoria’s hero, and told him he should thank her for what she did.
Back at Victoria’s house, Reed said he should head back to boarding school.
Brotherly Love
Mia (Noemi Gonzalez) confronted Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) about spending the night with Sharon (Sharon Case), and he insisted nothing happened. Mia told Rey about Arturo… coming over to fix the furnace. And they agreed to fight for their marriage and always be honest with each other.
Meanwhile, Mia lamented to Arturo (Jason Canela) about her lousy marriage, which prompted him to rush over to Abby’s and declare that he is ready for a serious relationship. Now!
