The Young and the Restless recap for Monday, August 13 is a dizzying array of constantly shifting loyalties, as Sharon gathers all the women who were present at their last, life-changing girls’ night – plus a few interlopers, Ashley and Kyle take on Billy, and Cane reveals his plan for protecting Lily.
Here Comes the Bride…(smaids)
Sharon (Sharon Case) calls Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and cajoles her into being a bridesmaid for Sharon and Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) latest wedding. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) is there, talking about Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu), and decides to tag along to the dress-fitting.
Summer (Hunter King) is already there, sniping with Mariah (Camryn Grimes). Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) stops by, curious why her daughter is participating in her father’s wedding to a woman Summer hates.
Phyllis also chastises Summer for trying to set her up with Jack (Peter Bergman). Summer suggests Phyllis and Billy (Jason Thompson) are a bad match – Phyllis isn’t wild enough for him.

Three Opinions
Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Kyle (Michael Mealor) argue about Jaboutiques with Billy (Jason Thompson). He tosses them out. Ashley tells Kyle her plan, asking Jack (Peter Bergman) to buy the real-estate company holding Billy’s leases. When Summer stops by with some sarcasm, Ashley tells Kyle to keep her under control. Summer than reports on their scheming to Billy, who also wants Summer gone. She doesn’t believe him.
