The Young and the Restless recap for Friday, November 22, 2019 features some complicated reunions, as Jill demands the truth from Colin, Jack blindsides Kyle — twice, Nick and Phyllis play their favorite game, and Nate learns to always believe women.
The Young and the Restless Recap: Truth In the Tropics
Jill (Jess Walton) was furious at Colin (Tristan Rogers) for luring her to paradise. She demanded to know if he faked the will papers giving Kay’s (Jeanne Cooper) money to Cane (Daniel Goddard) over Devon (Bryton James).
Colin insisted it was all on the up and up, and the only reason he didn’t present the papers himself was that nobody would believe a con. But Jill should! He went in for a kiss. She held him off. But then she went for it. Because Australian accents are totes sexy.
Jack (Peter Bergman) told Kyle (Michael Mealor) that Billy (Jason Thompson) is stepping down as CEO. But before Kyle gets too happy, Jack said that doesn’t mean Kyle will be in charge. Jack was coming back to the top spot. Kyle and Lauren (Tracey Bergman) can be co-COO’s.
Oh, and Jack was promoting Summer (Hunter King). Which meant their new social media guru will be… Theo (Tyler Johnson)! Yup, Jack poached his new nephew away from Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and a job in Paris. Isn’t that great, Kyle?
Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) drink, banter, and then play video games… loudly. In a public place. They apologize to The Grand Phoenix patrons who had to listen to them. The last time Phyllis and Nick played video games, they also ended up having sex on her kitchen island. But Phyllis was a different person then…
Amanda (Mishael Morgan) told Nate (Sean Dominic) she’s too busy for a relationship. Nate said he learned to listen to women when they say that. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
