The Young and the Restless recap for Wednesday, October 31 rings in Halloween with some serious scares for all.
Nikki’s plans to move JT’s body were blocked by a ghoul, Phyllis stole a soul, and Kyle ghosted Summer.
Let Me Hear Your Body Talk
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) assured Victoria (Amelia Heinle) she has everything under control. She informed Genoa City that since Chancellor Park is on private land, she’ll be handling all repairs herself.
She hired Arturo (Jason Canela) to take apart the statue and to repair the pipes underneath. But, he’ll do the two jobs on two different days, which means they have a free night to move JT’s (Thad Luckinbill) body.
Except… oops, Jill (Jess Walton) popped up to forbid the dismantling of Kay’s statue. Arturo said he can move the statue without breaking it up. Jill agreed but said she intended to stick around and watch. Nikki said that she will, as well.
Better Living Through Chemistry
As the battle heated up over who will be the next CEO of Jabot, both Jack (Peter Bergman) and Billy (Jason Thompson) made separate offers to superstar chemist Kerry. She turned them both down.
Later, at the board meeting, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) introduced the voters to Kerry… who will only sign on to develop new products for Jabot if Phyllis is CEO.
Kyle (Michael Mealor) let Summer (Hunter King) have it over what a loser she is, and how superior Lola (Sasha Calle) is.
Lola overheard and told Kyle he has a chance with her…but she intended to make it work for her. Then she kissed him.
Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) advised Lola that men can be liars. Meanwhile, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) wondered why Rey is so obsessed with Sharon’s charity work. Men lie, ladies.
