The Young and the Restless recap for Tuesday, May 11 finally gets Chelsea to tell all, which means it gets Adam off the hook, which means it gets Victor his way. Nick and Sharon also get their way when Faith gets the kidney they demanded for her, and Phyllis and Mariah talk motherhood.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Victor (Eric Braeden) wears Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) down to the point where she confesses to Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) that she is the one who snuck poison into his toiletries. Rey calls Michael (Christian Le Blanc) and asks how he wants to handle this, since Chelsea is babbling crazily without a lawyer, and Rey didn’t read her her rights. (For one thing, Chelsea also told Rey that she only did this because Adam drove her crazy by sleeping with Sharon.)
Victor is sads that “the mother of my grandchild” (which is the only value she has for Victor) has gone so deeply over the edge. But don’t worry, cop and lawyer, you can run along now.
Grandpa Victor has this all under control. He brings in yet another nerdy shrink from his large collection of them. (Remember the guy he got to hold Chloe prisoner?) Once the authorities have gone, Victor, shrink, and a not at all crazy Chelsea exchange a look, proving it was all an act from the start. Victor wins! Again!
Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon (Sharon Case) tell Faith (Reylynn Caster) she’s going to be fine. Nick thanks Adam (Mark Grossman) for the donation but warns that it might be the last nice thing he ever says to him.
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) tells Mariah (Camryn Grimes) how scary being a parent is, and Mariah assures that she’s not the parent of the baby she’s carrying — Abby (Melissa Ordway) is the mother. Mariah expects her role to be all fun and games, no stress. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
