The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Adam (Mark Grossman) has a brilliant idea! Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) progress isn’t going as quickly as Adam would like, so he decided he needs to call in reinforcements – like Sharon (Sharon Case), for some mental therapy to go with Chelsea’s physical therapy.
Chelsea frantically blinks “no” as she thinks about how much she does not want to be at the mercy of Adam’s ex. Adam coos that he understands. It would be wonderful if someone like Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) had a counseling degree but, alas, it would seem that Sharon is literally the only therapist in Genoa City, so Chelsea has no choice.

Gimme the Scoop
Lily (Christel Khalil) is wearing a distractingly glittery top as she questions Amanda (Mishael Morgan) about her newfound mother and sister. Amanda breathes fire about her sister, Imani, comparing herself, who worked for everything she has, to spoiled brat Imani. Lily echoes that, yeah, it’s obvious who runs that household! This without either of them really knowing anything about Naya’s family dynamics. Lily suggests Amanda blow Imani’s world wide open by revealing her story. Amanda says not now… maybe later.
Mother Daughter Battle
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) wants Victoria (Amelia Heinle) to go to Hawaii with her. Katie wants Victoria to stay in Genoa City with her. Nikki orders her daughter to not be vulnerable to the manipulations of her daughter. She should only be vulnerable to the manipulations of her mother. Now go set a good example for Katie and do what Grandma Nikki says! The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
