On The Young and the Restless, Victor is given first crack at the paternity of any child. If he doesn’t like them, someone else is allowed to step in. We kid… but not by much. (Remember how Diane wanted Victor to be Kyle’s father and only when he passed did the paternity test finally prove the tot was Jack’s?)

The Young and the Restless Polling

That’s why Victor (Eric Braeden) has so many. But which Newman heir is currently amusing fans the most? What over 5,000 voters had to say:

Abby, Abby Home Free

In a surprise upset, 37% of the fans went with Abby (Melissa Ordway). Maybe it’s because she’s standing up to Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). Or maybe it’s because you really can’t stomach the other options. And Abby is just the least bad of the bunch.

Up and Adam

A smaller 25% of you went with Adam (Mark Grossman). He is the only one these days who is actually acting, not just reacting. He’s making things happen. Even if they’re bad things. And if Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) is constantly telling Adam how awesome he is, you’re starting to believe it, too.

Slick Nick

Only 1% separated Nick (Joshua Morrow) from his brother. An almost even 24% went with the older Newman. The one who, every couple of years, quits the family. Then comes running back as soon as Victor lifts an eyebrow. Or suggests he might not be feeling his best. That can be entertaining. Once in a while.

Last Victory

Only 14% find Victoria (Amelia Heinle) entertaining. She and Billy (Jason Thompson) have had the same conversation one too many times. And he getting stabbed isn’t exactly something to sing That’s Entertainment about. Now that she’s starting to snoop around in Adam’s past as a way to get her job back, she might pull up. But not yet. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
