There was a Men In Black sighting on The Young and the Restless a few weeks ago! Nah, it was just Kevin (Greg Rikaart) and Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) playing dress-up, pretending to be CIA agents to help Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) get rid of Simon (Jeffrey Vincent Parisse).
The Young and the Restless Fans Weigh In
Kevin was also helping Chelsea launder money. But he did most of that off-screen. Chloe has been off-screen, too, presumably raising Bella, keeping Esther (Kate Linder) from getting too fluttery, and helping out Chelsea and Abby (Melissa Ordway) with marketing for the hotel. Should this couple be seen more often? The word from over 7,000 fans!
Gimme, Gimme, Gimme
Absolutely, 69% are cheering. We had to live through Chloe’s death, Bella’s paternity, her return, her and Kevin running away, Adam (Mark Grossman) kidnapping her, something, something, something about tablets and money and pictures and judges and, anyway, that’s over now.
Michael (Christian J. LeBlanc) is the District Attorney and he had all the charges against Chloe dropped. It’s good to be the king! So now that they have nothing to hide from, and Chloe is pregnant again, so it’s time for Kevin and Chloe to come out of the shadows and take their rightful place in Genoa City.
Chloe and Kevin: Leave ‘Em Wanting More
And then there are the 31% who are happy to leave things as they are. Kevin and Chloe don’t have to be a full meal. They can just be spice. A little Men In Black here, a little money laundering there, a little pregnancy update, and you’re good. Chloe can pop out once in a while to remind Billy (Jason Thompson) not to kill people, and Kevin can check in with his brother (who isn’t seen too much these days, either).
But you’re not interested in a major story for this pairing. Major story usually means splitting up. And Chloe and Kevin have spent enough time apart already. They can continue living happily ever after… off-screen. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
