The woman arriving was actually Elena (Brytni Sarpy), who rushed to get Devon his medication before his attack became too serious.
Red Is Back
Adam readied himself to enter is old penthouse and was swept up in memories of Chelsea and Conner. When he did open the door he was confronted by Phyllis, (Michelle Stafford) clothed in scarlet and slinking down his staircase.
Adam was thrown by Phyllis’s accusation that he had her kidnapped and scoffed when she threatened that she dug up some tantalizing dirt on him.

However, he is stopped in his tracks when Phyllis name drops an old Vegas buddy of his and it was a doozy of a shock to viewers who learned that Adam was involved with a member of the Chancellor family!
