There is something about Imani’s (Leigh-Ann Rose) shifts in attitude towards Amanda (Mishael Morgan) that don’t sit right with us. She came in like a bat out of hell, then offered nothing but peace and love, and now has no problem snapping in and out of sibling love with her sister. She is way too hot and cold, and we think there is a reason.
Is Imani a Granddaddy’s Girl?
What if Imani is nothing but a plant by Sutton Ames (Jack Landron) to keep an eye on what’s really going on with his secret granddaughter? It would make sense seeing how controlling Sutton is. He is like a master chess player calculating his entire family’s every move. He is not going to let anyone walk around all willy nilly with the ammunition to destroy him.
The Young and the restless spoilers tease the question isn’t really IF Imani will betray Amanda but WHEN and HOW Imani will throw her sibling under the bus. Has she already begun feeding him intel? If not, will she now keep him up to date on all the ins and outs of the Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey) murder trial?

Does that mean Imani is willing to hurt Naya too? Grandpa Sutton has a lot of pull, a lot of power, and a lot of influence. He can not only promise her the world but deliver it too. Offers of money, prestige, and unlimited potential can be intoxicating, especially when they come with a man like Sutton’s approval.
