Mariah Copeland is MIA and nowhere to be found. Y&R spoilers show texts keep coming in but not to the most important women in her life, and the ones that are don’t sound like her at all. Tessa is in quite a panic and we think she’s right. And, we’re sure she was on the money when she brought up Mariah’s life-long enemy, Ian Ward.
The Y&R Spoilers Wild Speculation
Rumors began swirling mere weeks ago that Ben “Stitch” Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) was up to no good. The timing of his return was off – way, way off, as was his attention to Mariah. He seemed a little too interested in her pregnancy, especially when he stood outside the window staring at her.
It was level 10 creepy and made our collective skin crawl. But, we think he is nothing more than a red-herring. Our scribes think supervillain extraordinaire, Ian Ward (Ray Wise) is back and has taken Mariah, and the baby, for himself.

But wait, isn’t Ian Ward supposed to be in jail? Yes, of course, but when has that ever stopped anyone? We can’t even count on our hands and toes (even if we use yours too) how many Genoa City residents evade custody and go on the run. We’re surprised a man like Ian has stayed behind bars this long.

Y&R spoilers hint Ian would have many reasons to come back to town. There are tons of people to go up against, including the Newmans, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), and yes, Mariah. We bet he just happened to be back in town scheming it up when a very pregnant Mariah Copeland caught his eye. He would have no qualms about coming up behind her and taking her down before she even knew what hit her.
Ian Ward Is A Maniac
The question now becomes how low will Mr. Ward go? The last time he kidnapped Mariah, he held her in a storage unit and tried to make her his bride – despite raising her as his daughter. Will he try to take control of her and the baby? Will he stake claim to the bun that’s in her oven?
If this is true, Mariah needs a miracle. Let’s hope someone realizes what’s going on and starts a search sooner rather than later. The clock is ticking and every second counts. Think this wild speculation could come true? Let us know in the comments section below.
