Everyone thinks Sutton Ames (Jack Landron) killed Richard in cold blood. Heck, we think Sutton himself believes that too. He had to get him out the way, after all. The powerful politician could not possibly have that man ruining his daughter’s lie and bringing the twins to light. What if Sutton’s murder attempt was nothing more than just that — an attempt? Could Richard still be alive?
Young and The Restless: Is Naya Hiding Richard?
Not only do we think Richard is out there somewhere, but we believe Naya (Ptosha Storey) is the one hiding him. Oh yes, we can feel this twist coming. Naya has her old flame tucked away in a little love shack where they get to play house while keeping him out of Sutton’s sight.
Could that be where Naya ran off to? She’s dangerously close to getting caught for skipping bail which would not be great for her case. Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) are sick over their missing mother, especially after truly believing they can clear her name.

Speaking of the charges, why exactly is she taking the hit if the victim isn’t even dead? To protect Richard, of course! If Sutton tried to kill him once, then we know darn well from reading Y&R spoilers that he will try, try, and try again. He does not seem like the type to back down.
Young and Restless Spoilers: Richard Reveals Himself
Just imagine the drama that could come from this twist. Poor Naya is in front of a judge ready to take her lumps. The verdict is in and her future is bleak. Right when the judge opens their mouth to convict, Richard storms in to save his woman!
That would be great news and an exciting reveal. And, it wouldn’t stop there. Richard would throw Sutton under the bus, proclaim his love to Naya, and meet his daughters. Yes, we said daughters. Wouldn’t it be fun if Imani was his baby girl too?
