The Y&R spoilers for August 2 – August 6, 2021, tease an emboldened mother out to right a serious wrong, a woman determined to track down her missing – and pregnant – lover, and so much more.
The Y&R Spoilers Highlights
In order to get to the bottom of her daughter’s hasty exit from Genoa City, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) decides to stealthily interrogate Summer Newman’s (Hunter King) Milan-based employer, Angelina Marchetti – and low and behold, Phyllis learns that Angelina will be flying out to sunny Los Angeles in order to take a meeting with Eric Forrester (John McCook).
Phyllis makes a beeline for the West Coast, and engineers a run-in with the two titans of the fashion industry. During the trio’s subsequent tête-à-tête, she learns that Eric was the one who asked that Summer be considered for the job at Marchetti – and that he did so at Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) request.
In the meantime, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) shares the details of Tara Locke’s (Elizabeth Leiner) conspiratorial phone conversation with Sally with his father, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). Both men then ponder the possibility that Phyllis might be on to something.
Young and the Restless Spoilers: Text Mess
Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Abby Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) receive yet another troubling text message, ostensibly sent by Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes). In it, “Mariah” claims that she’s not in the right headspace to deal with an upcoming doctor’s appointment or indeed a return to GC period.
Tessa becomes convinced that some untoward fate has befallen her girlfriend – but neither Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) nor Sharon Collins Rosales (Sharon Case) or even Abby gives her concern much credence…until they suddenly do.

The Young and Restless Spoilers: Odds and Ends
In other Y&R spoilers news, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) helps Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) make a major decision about his future, and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), who’s made it her life’s mission to play Jiminy Cricket to domestic partner Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), once again serves as a wellspring of inspiration.
Meanwhile, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) gives serious consideration to revenging herself on Sutton Ames (Jack Landron) – the grandfather who cruelly robbed her of any chance to be reunited with her biological father and sister. Expect Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) to be by her side and to offer his full support, whatever she decides.
Finally, spoilers reveal that, despite having his hands full refereeing Victoria and an on-the-warpath Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will still find the time to make a surprising someone a very lucrative business proposition.
