The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal Lily and Cane on cloud 9 about their recent kiss. But, Lily’s career threatens to put a halt to their burgeoning rekindled romance.
Lily’s (Christel Khalil) got the look of love, and Abby (Melissa Ordway) takes note. While Abby excitedly plans for Paris, Lily daydreams about reuniting with Cane (Daniel Goddard).
Abby even suggests that perhaps Paris can wait, but Lily assures her she’ll be there. No doubt even a one week trip to Paris won’t put a halt to the couple’s spark as it grows into a flame.
The dark stormcloud that’s hung over Cane for a while now is slowly lifting, and Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) notices when he drops by to give Sam his old toy, Bear the Duck. The generous gift truly moves Cane, and the father/son duo share a heartfelt moment when Charlie apologizes for disrespecting his father.
He’s overjoyed at the prospect of his dad moving home with Sam where the five of them can become a family. Even Cane’s warnings about the fact that Sam is a hurtful reminder to his mother doesn’t dampen Charlie’s good spirits.

Unfortunately for Cane, Lily and their children, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) rains on their parade when she informs Lily that things in The City of Love have the potential to take much longer than a simple week away. In fact, Lily could be jet-setting between continents for the foreseeable future.
Is Lily ready to give up her dreams of a repaired family for her dreams of a successful career? Does she even have to?
Perhaps not, because if Lily and Cane are meant to be, their romance will wait for a while as Lily focuses on her career.
Nevermind the hot male models waiting to be photographed with Lily or Sam’s hot nanny back at home with Cane. Neither of those things will cause any type of issues for a possible reunion between the estranged pair, right?
