The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Monday, December 18 offer multiple methods for bringing down the Newman family, as Victor makes yet another life-changing decision, Nikki confesses her sins to Nick, and Christine just won’t let the boring, sex-trafficking storyline go quietly into that good night.

A New Year, a New Victor
How many times has Victor (Eric Braeden) announced his plans to turn over a new leaf, to become a kindler, gentler Victor, and to put his family ahead of all other concerns, including business?

Well, now is another one of those times. The big question is, who does Victor truly consider family? Nick is dead to him. Abby (Melissa Ordway) is mad at him. Nikki isn’t speaking to him, and Adam isn’t coming back in the foreseeable future — as far as we know.

Sure, Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) still loves him. Noah (Robert Adamson) is cool with him. And Conner and Christian don’t know any better. (Though Christian’s paternity secret is still out there danging in the wind.)

So which family members, exactly, will Victor be prioritizing this holiday season?

What do you think? Post a comment!

Confession is Good for the Soul
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) has something to tell Nick (Joshua Morrow). Will it have to do with his sudden passion for public green spaces, or will she let him in on the financial misdeed that might ruin them all?

Nikki, honey, here is a tip for keeping a secret. Stop telling random people about it!

Truth, Justice, and the Cricket Way
Everyone in Genoa City has forgotten about the sex-trafficking fiasco. Except for Christine (Lauralee Bell). She still wants justice. For… uhm… some non-contract players. And, to do that, she needs for Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) to spy on the Newman family. Maybe Nikki will confide in Tessa, too, and make Christine’s job easier?

The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
