The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal a bitter day in front of the judge as the Newman men duke it out over Christian. However, nothing is as bad as the moment the when she comes back with her answer!
Sharon Blows It!
Nick (Joshua Morrow) will regret staying with Sharon (Sharon Case) after she’s Michael (Christian LeBlanc) questions her. The hard-hitting attorney doesn’t hold back and all of Sharon’s skeletons come flying out of the closet.
Everything from her past of petty theft to keeping Christian when she knew he wasn’t hers will be laid out on the table and it won’t paint a pretty picture.
Of course, Sharon saw this coming and desperately tried to get Nick to leave her behind. Nick has his issues, sure, but nothing like her past of crime, arson, and multiple stays in Fairview. She knew how this was going to go down and she was right.
All of Brittany’s (Lauren Woodland) efforts to make Sharon look good will do little to negate the bad.
Expect Nick to have a near breakdown as the questions become more and more intense and he can see things falling apart. The judge has to lay down the law in the meeting room when the tensions spiral out of control!

The Mustache Wins
The judge won’t waste much time deliberating after she hears the tales of Sharon Newman and comes back with a quick answer. Unfortunately, her ruling isn’t at all in Nick’s favor.
Temporary custody will be awarded to Victor who immediately gloats from his high horse. It seems it’s not so much Nick she has a problem with but Sharon!
On top of giving Christian to Victor, she also says she doesn’t feel the child will ever be safe in Sharon’s care!
Will Nick Stay?
It’ll be a sad day for Nick when he realizes holding onto one love means losing the other. Without a doubt, Sharon’s the reason Christian will now be in Victor’s care so he may have to reevaluate if he can stay with her after all this.
