The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal the “Philly” breakup is just what Summer wants. Billy’s a free agent and she’s not wasting any time picking up her mother’s scraps!
Summer Wants What She Wants
Summer’s (Hunter King) about to walk a fine line. She has a mad crush on Billy is about to make her move. He’s single, she’s single, and she hopes the sting of his breakup is enough to push him over the edge.
Of course, they’ve been close to flirting before but Billy always cuts it off as soon as it began.
He only had eyes for Phyllis and saw Summer like more of an annoyance than a partner. He knew the game she was trying to play and he didn’t want any part of it. But, will he change his mind?
Spoilers show he’s furious Phyllis threw him out like trash only to come groveling again. Her demands, her insults, and her meddling are grating on his last nerve and he wants to make her pay.
When getting drunk and embarrassing her aren’t enough, he may have to take his plot a step further, which is also a step way too far!

Oh, The Backlash!
If Billy falls into bed with Summer, and the affair goes public, he’ll not only lose Phyllis for good but he’ll start a massive problem he isn’t thinking of.
Nick (Joshua Morrow) will flip his lid, Victor (Eric Braden) will be on the warpath, and even Jack (Peter Bergman) and (probably especially) Kyle (Michael Mealor) will have a few things to say. Billy will be putting himself in a terrible position and it’ll be too deep a hole to dig out easily.
Summer, too, will face some serious backlash. Phyllis will never forgive her and it’ll ruin their relationship for years to come.
This duo better be careful. If one thing leads to another, it’ll be the most explosive scandal this side of the Abbott family has seen in a long time!
