The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Monday, July 2nd kick off a week of fireworks with some explosions of their own.

Nick looks for a way to make Victor look bad, Billy goes outside his comfort zone, and Kyle gleefully pushes Summer’s buttons.

No Justice, No Peace
Victor (Eric Braeden) is no stranger to dirty tricks. He’s also no stranger to his family eventually forgiving him once he blubbers about how he was a poor, orphan boy, says he is only doing this for fear of losing his family, and/or lands in the hospital with yet another convenient health crisis.

Nick (Joshua Morrow) followed that pattern for many, many years… but now he’s done for good (or so he says). The minute Victor took Nick’s son away, was the day Nick decided no more Mr. Nice Guy.

Instead of falling for Victor’s latest sick act, will Nick actually use his seeming mental breakdown on the GC Buzz set to prove that Victor isn’t fit to raise an active little boy? Or run a multi-million dollar company?

If it comes down to picking between the two, which will Victor choose?

Embrace Discomfort
Billy (Jason Thompson) is looking at a long, hot summer. On the one hand, he’s being forced to lie to Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) not just about his own (reluctant) return to gambling, but also about Summer’s (Hunter King) loss of money.
