The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal Nick going to the dark side and taking pages out of his father’s playbook. He’s sick of being kicked around by Victor so he’s fighting back as hard as he can.
An Eye For An Eye
Victor (Eric Braeden) should have through twice before pushing Nick (Joshua Morrow) around. Bringing up Sharon’s (Sharon Case) mental health issues was a low blow, especially since it was the Newman family certainly didn’t help her NOT have breakdowns.
However, one good thing came from airing Sharon’s dirty laundry – Nick realized what he had to do.
Nick won’t win back Christian with a clean case. He has to fight dirty and that means going just as low (if not lower) than Victor did. And, it turns out, his dad is giving all the leverage he needs.
A Scandalous Secret
It’s becoming increasingly clear Victor’s health is failing. His leaked medical records show there are huge problems (while no one knows what, they do know it’s BAD) and Victor’s own actions prove he’s sliding.

Not only did he have trouble finding his words and then threw a temper tantrum on The Hilary Hour, but he’s guarding his medical condition way too closely.
Retaliation At It’s Finest
Spoilers reveal Nick calling Brittany (Lauren Woodland) and demands she file a motion to get Victor’s hospital records.
Nick wants to know every detail so they can use it to build a compelling case. Swaying the judge won’t be hard if Victor’s condition (paired with Nikki’s health woes) are more risky than the vague possibility of Sharon having a relapse.
Of course, getting at those files will be like breaking into Fort Knox. Victor will have them on lock down and he’ll fight tooth and nail to keep them sealed.
