The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) tease love in the air in Genoa City. Nikki’s back with Victor, Nick’s reunited with Sharon, and sparks and crushes are flying all over town. Now, it looks like the next generation is getting mixed up in some rather messy circumstances.
Girl Crush
It’s no secret Mariah (Camryn Grimes) developed feelings for Tessa (Cait Fairbanks). In fact, there was a time Mariah was head over heels in love with her best friend only to get her heart broken.
Well, spoilers show Mariah’s not giving on getting close and is finally extending an olive branch.
Mariah invites Tessa out for a night at the movies and hopes it helps heal the divide between them and get them back to where they once were. If she can’t have Tessa as a girlfriend she at least wants to have her as a bestie.
However, while the invite was presented in a friendly manner there’s no doubt Mariah hopes it turns into something more.

Kyle Gets In On The Action!
Unfortunately, Kyle thwarts Mariah’s efforts by inviting himself along. He’s one of the city’s hottest (and loneliest) bachelors and can’t wait for a chance to hang out with the girls.
Adding a bit of drama into this mix is the chemistry between all three. Mariah and Tessa have had a few close calls in the past, she and Kyle had a rather sparked moment a few days before, and he and Tessa also seem to pass a chem test.
Will Love Happen?
This could be the trio to watch as they figure out who’s right for whom. There’s attraction all around so this could be anyone’s game. Teasers show this is the summer of love so anything could happen!
Summer’s Return Could Shake Things Up!
Of course, Kyle better watch himself because things could heat up when Summer (Hunter King) returns to town. If he gets too close to either one of these ladies it could all be ruined when he sees the woman he last loved.
